Audit Company Baker Tilly Makedonija was established on 01-th of July 1995 year under the name INFOS D DOO SKOPJE , as one of the first companies in Macedonia for providing opportunities and services in area of accounting and finances and also in other consulting services.
In the run of May 2000 year, the company got temporary decision for executing auditor’s works in the area of audit of the financial statements, and in 2003 year got permanent permission for executing auditor’s works registered in the Ministry of Finance under No.07-5813/1.
In the run of June 2008 year the Company INFOS D DOO was accepted as a member of the international company for audit, accounting and consulting services BAKER TILLY INTERNATIONAL from London, Great Britain and after signing the accession agreement INFOS D DOO re-branded into BAKER TILLY MAKEDONIJA DOO.
Basic activity of the company is audit of the financial statements of middle and big trade companies, banks, insurance companies, other financial companies, and other trade companies that have an obligation for preparing consolidated financial statements.
Except the audit work, Baker Tilly Makedonija is registered also for executing the following services: due diligence, business and management consulting, financing consulting, consulting in improvement of the system of inter-accounting controls and the system of accounting, consulting themes, valuation, court expertise etc.
The stockholders of Baker Tilly Makedonija have got certificates for public auditors. They became certificated public auditors after the education and successfully passed exams organized by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Macedonia in cooperation with USAID - Project for strengthening of the financial sector in Macedonia and the Faculty of Economy of the University “St. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje.
The bases of our job are the International Accounting Standards determined by International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) and the International standard for financial reporting.
The company is following the principles of independence, preciseness and thoroughness. The respecting of these principles results in complete and objective reports that provide directions for our clients in their financial working and accounting.
