- Offers for audit and other related services
- Negotiating contracts with clients
- Control of the quality of the audit procedures in the company
- General plan and program
- Direct involvement in the audit of the biggest clients
- Co-signing of the audit reports in the name of the company
- Attending exterior seminars and symposiums
- Organizing internal seminars within the company
- Responsible for the overall working of the company.
MANAGER (partner - certified public auditor)
- Managing with the audit teams
- Elaboration of the concrete programs for audit
- Direct control of the work of the audit teams regarding fulfilment of the programme and taking part in the most complex audit procedures
- Contacting with the management of the client
- Writing letters to the management
- Writing and signing the audit reports in the name of the certified public auditor
- Taking part in the preparation of internal seminars within the company
- Attending exterior seminars and symposiums
- Directly is responsible before the Senior partner
